At Goddess Hair, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Processing Times

Processing times vary by product type:

• Hair Extensions, Tape Ins, Genius Wefts, Bundles, Closures, Hair Extensions, Clip-Ins & Ponytails: 1–5 working days
• Headband Units, Ready-to-Wear Wigs & Custom Wig Units: 3–7 working days

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing times are separate from delivery times.

We ship worldwide from our base in London, UK. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location , order value and order weight.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted courier partners such as DHL and Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely. 

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Please note that customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes.
